- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken within the platform, and timestamps.
- Device and session data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and session tokens used to manage active logins.

- Strapi: Headless content management system used to manage our blog and marketing content. Strapi does not process end-user account data.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Services, or protect the personal safety of users or the public.
5.3 Business Transfers
If Hollywood Disruption is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice within the Services before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. Server logs and security records are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted.
